DOE also received comment regarding its characterization of Alliance as an LVM. The Joint Comment argued that DOE's characterization of Alliance as an LVM is a significant misnomer, as the LVM reported revenues equivalent to approximately half of the total CCW christian louboutin shoes ustry revenue and claims to be the leading manufacturer of stand-alone commercial laundry equipment in North America. (Joint Comment, No. 67.6 at p. 6). Alliance stated, while it has earned tax credits for qualifying washers, these tax credits have not been used for a cash benefit. (Alliance, No. 67.8 at p. 4)
   For the November 2009 SNOPR, DOE accounted for the impacts Christian Louboutin Glittered Platform Pump sand of the Federal production tax credits updated by The Energy Improvement and Extension Act of 2008 (Pub. L. 110-343; EIEA 2008). Because only the LVM produces qualifying CCWs, DOE based its estimates of the potential benefits to the CCW industry by estimating the potential Federal production tax credits that the LVM could receive.  Even though DOE is not certain that there will be reduced overall emissions from the standard, Christian Louboutin Rolando Satin there may be an economic benefit from reduced demand for SO 2 emission allowances. Electricity savings from standards decrease the generation of SO 2 emissions from power production, which can lessen the need to purchase emissions allowance credits, and thereby decrease the costs of complying with regulatory caps on emissions.

However, DOE has concluded that the standards in today's final rule will not have such an effect because the estimated reduction in electricity demand in States covered by the CAIR cap would be too small to affect allowance prices for NO X under the CAIR.
   

 This final rule considers the same design options as those evaluated in the November 2009 Christian Shoes on sale SNOPR. All the evaluated technologies have been used (or are being used) in commercially available equipment or working prototypes. DOE also has determined that there is equipment either in the market or in working prototypes at all of the efficiency levels analyzed in this notice. Therefore, DOE has determined that all of the efficiency levels christian louboutin red evaluated in this final rule, which are based upon the retained design options, are technologically feasible. 2.
